Is this (hunter) macro possible?

I check the sticky, and this doesn't seem to fall under it.
Okay, so I have this nifty macro:
#showtooltip
/cast Silencing Shot
However, it requires me to have a focus, or else it won't cast Silencing Shot at all.
Is it possible to change it so that if I have a focus, it will cast Silencing Shot on my focus (essentially what it is now), but if I don't have a focus it will cast Silencing Shot on my current target instead?
Thanks in advance, I'm super bad with macros.

Still getting people to
/use
spells (and probably
/cast
healthstones), I see.

For exactly the same reason they should use
@
instead of
target=
.
The shorthand is not cryptic: it's concise and obvious. It's a clear win.

Why, just last night I used a fireball to cast a trinket.
