In all honestly I am loving
Burst of Speed over Shadowstep right now. The root breaker and zero cooldown makes it amazing in PvP. I also prefer Leeching Poison over Cheat Death if you aren't running with a healer.

I have an assassination rogue I play mostly in BGs for PvP, so I take Nightstalker. Getting to where you're needed wins those BGs. Unstealthing in battle just doesn't happen often enough that I feel it's worth it. Might feel differently if I used a lot of Ambush.
I take Nerve Strike too, though I've gotten a bit out of the habit of using KS/CS during Cata. Now I want to start using them again.
I usually have Cheat Death over Leeching Poison, like Durg said it's a matter of what healing you have handy. Still, crippling poison is a Good Thing, so I generally arrange/hope for a healer.
I'm going Shadowstep over Burst of Speed too (excellent for countering hunters in particular - may change if they start using
Narrow Escape more, but I haven't seen it much yet). Maybe I'll change that if I feel really annoyed with snares and things. Hasn't happened so far, except that one time with the resto druid who capped three flags pretty much solo... Argh.
I tried Paralytic Poison, but it lacks the control I want for my stuns and didn't feel like it happened very often. So I went with Prey on the Weak. Like with Nerve Strike, I'm trying to work back into using stuns regularly, and not exclusively as interrupters.
There, my five pennies' worth.

Mine looks exactly the same - with the exception of Cheat Death being Leaching Poison while I test it out ;)

To be honest, I've had a love/hate relationship with that skill. When I first tried it on the PTR, I thought I was going to stick with that - except for once it went live, every time I needed to use it, it was - for some reason - disabled, as if it was silenced or something. So, at least until I get the patience to find out why an oh sh*t spell isn't working in oh sh*t situations, I'm sticking with Shadowstep, because that at least works when I need it.
I'm still on the fence with leaching poison though - mostly because it's completely dependent on active attacks. So, if at any time you can't actually attack the target (CC, out of range, etc) - which just so happens to be the time you need the extra healing the most, you're screwed. Cheat Death doesn't give as much health, but it will trigger, and give you 10%+ health whether you're doing damage or not.
