I am quite surprised there hasn't been a thread created to discuss this
That Rabbit's Dynamite!
Watching my toon have his throat ripped out by this fearsome bunny made me laugh harder then I have in months.
Have any of you been lucky enough to be in a raid that has killed it? If so how?

Me and alot of others on my server (Blackhand) did this the other morning.
We had a full 40man raid to do it, but it could probably be done with less.
Basically keep stacked as best you can, he likes to fear people, then chase them, and can cause a reset. Its reccomended to do this inside the cave to contain it as best you can.
He can also one hit kill with his bite attack. Theres no avoiding it, you just have to run back and get back in the fight.
He has a TON of HP it took our full 40 man raid nearly 20 minutes to take him down.
Its not hard, just takes time.

Release - run back - release - runback.
Might as well get used to it. It seems to be the current strat for the world bosses in MoP too.
Was the semi-standard at times for the old Vanilla World Bosses too.

no ground visible around the cave after multiple days. Just skeletons covering every inch.

, perhaps Mark of the Carrot.
Mark of the Carrot: 15 minute duration - If you go within 40 yards of the Darkmoon Rabbit, you are instantly warped to your main capital city, causing you and all targets within 40 yards at the destination to bleed for 30% of their maximum health every second for 25 seconds, spreading to targets that get damaged (and refreshing the effect). When players die to this effect, a Rabid Lagomorph spawns (has an aggro range and does the same things as Darkmoon Rabbit, minus the Mark of the Carrot) for 2 minutes.

I have killed it.... (Not really)
BUT It's quite simple really.
1) You send one person in yelling "One rabbit stew coming right up!"
2) Person dies
3) Raid leads gasps and says "JESUS CHRIST!"
4) Random person says "I warned ya! I warned ya but did ya listen? Nooo."
5) All charge in.
6) Get beat and drop weapons yelling "Run away! Run away!"
7) Raid lead asks how to beat it.
8) Person suggests holy hand grenade.
9) Priests along with a few monks, chanting "E a anus domine, dona ais requiem." (Or something like that) bring holy hand grenade.
10) Leader asks how it works.
11) Person does not know.
12) Priest reads from the Book of Armaments, chapter two, verses nine through twenty-one, as follows: "O Lord, bless this thy hand grenade, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the Lord did grin. And the people did feast upon the lambs and sloths, and carp and anchovies, and orangutans and breakfast cereals, and fruit-bats and large chu..."
13) Skip a bit to: "And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it. "
14) Priest says "Amen."
15) Raid lead takes grenade and says "One... two... five!"
16) Person corrects saying: "Three, sir!"
17) Raid lead says "THREE!"
18) Toss the holy hand grenade.

Did it yesterday and rolled 99 on the pet.
Then someone rolled 100.
The worst part though was the rabbit was bugged because some people thought it was a fun idea to evade bug the Darkmoon Rabbit, making it only possible to damage it with Explosive Trap. Apparently Demonology Warlocks can Demonic Slash/use some other abilities to fix the bug.
