Centaur are tied to few regions in Kalimdor, and they are nomadic and unaligned, so I don't see any involvement in future. After the questing we do in Desolace, it's semi-obvious that the clans there at least are willing to work with Cenarion Circle.
Arakkora are completely tied to Outland, so unless we go back there, I don't see them either. There were Arakkora in the Violet Hold; entirely possible others have traveled through the portals and could be hidden somewhere. And even if there aren't, there is also an Outland revamp in the works; you'll see them there.
Tuskarr seem as a peaceful fisherman race, and after the death of the Lich King, I don't see them outside of Northrend. During Dragonblight, that Spirit God thing told us to tell them to fight with the Alliance and the Horde; however, we're still not sure if they can survive outside of the frozen lands.
Nerubians were almost completely wiped out and raised to undead, but maybe after the death of Scourge, they could repopulate their kingdom, but that won't secure them a place in future lore. There were a large number of living Nerubians at the end of the Wrath; they are working at rebuilding their kingdom and we'll probably see them in the Northrend Revamp.
From what I understand, the Reliquary is trying to improve relationship between Blood and High elves, and bring the later under the same banner, so there will be some lore about that in future.
Huh? The Reliquary is the Horde version of the Explorer's League.
We will definitely see Naga in the future, we only saw a glimpse of their army during the years,
and I think they have a vast army, and lets not forget that they hold one of the most powerful elemental lord as a hostage. If they don't get their own expansion, they will most certainly get their own patch, in witch we fight Azshara. As there are no Naga in Pandaria, I still think they are holding out for a Great Sea expansion next, which is where we'll see Azshara and the Naga armies.
