How can one contact Blizzard?

Hello folks,
My account has been flagged suspicious and the server tells me that i have to reset my password.
All is OK until i have to receive some text message on my cell phone that dose not come.
I want to contact Blizz and see what is to be done, because i cant remember if i have the same phone number since the year WOW launched.
I cannot contact them unless i have an active account which is unusable due to that password reset. I cannot sent a ticket or use the damn forum without my account.
How can i contact them, other then calling them on the phone?
Sorry if my post seems retarded but i have to ask the wowhead community maybe some of you had something similar in the past.

Well, given that you cannot use the forums or submit tickets because you can't log in to your account, your only option is to call Customer Support.
