the fact that you said you have seen many threads on this topic should answer this. Also, why not just post in one of them?
The vocal minority will say it is ruining the game (things like LFR).. the millions of players who can finally see raid content will disagree. But really, this is a dead horse that has been beaten to death more times than Kenny.

The problem is, there is no happy medium here. LFR (which may as well be watching a youTube video), gives gear that is visually the same, and close enough in iLevel and stats to actual raid gear, that it diminishes the effort that actual raiders put in to get their gear.
It seems that every time something is deemed to hard for the average player, it is removed or nerfed. Just look at the changes to achievements like The Insane. This achievement was supposed to be....well, insane, to attempt. But yet it gets nerfed.
Look at helm and shoulder enhancements. It was too "hard" for players to have to grind rep with a faction to get some extra stats, so **poof**...gone.
Guild rep grind taking too long? **poof**....we will jack the XP gained by 1000% or so. Viola! Exalted in a matter of hours!
Still couldn't down Deathwing with the LFR Gear and 397 Valor Gear you got with justice points? **poof** we will nerf the entire raid into oblivion until its easy enough that anyone can find 3 or 4 people to carry them to a title.
Honestly, this list could go on for days. Yes, Blizz has nerfed the game to the point where the only real bastion of harcore left is in Rated PvP.

I have absolutely NO problem with them making it easier to get a guild up and running. Guild levels made it insanely hard to start up a new guild on a realm populated by very large and established guilds at level 25.
That... was a change that was really needed.

It's pretty much just all opinion. Personally I don't think one is better than the other; it's a game, one that changes in response to many variables including, but not limited to, developer wishes and player base. You can't please all people all the time although there are some who are content with whatever's thrown at them and ride whatever wave of foolishness comes their way... and some people just can't ever be pleased so they always have something to whinge about, no matter how small or inconsequential the matter is. To get as close to a definitive answer as you can you're just going to have to play the game and develop your own opinion which I imagine you already have.

This applies to World of Warcraft as well as many other games.
It seems WoW is becoming an easier and quicker game to run through, and is allowing casual players to access material that they couldn't previously. Blizzard has stated multiple times that this is what they want from the game. They want everyone to be able to do the things they want to.
I see many threads with the topic of players not having as much fun due to this.
Is the game that allows players who are very casual to access the content that most "hardcore" players must work for really better or worse than a game that is the opposite? Is one really better than the other? Or are they equal, and only a matter of opinion?
What dictates a hardcore player? Are you sponsored by a company, or play competitively? If not, then you are a "casual" player. Sorry, but the vast majority of this games player base is "casual" The idea that since they have a better schedule to spend playing wow, it immediately dictates their entitlement to content over players who do not is a very poor one.
