Let's suppose that
1) I take Execution Sentence talent at level 90
2) I don't need heals at that fight
What would be the priority of sentence? Is it more powerful than any other attack? Best of the fillers? Or what?

Insert it behind the non-GC AS.
so something like
CS - J - GC_AS - AS - ES - HW - Cons

According to elitist jerks
should be one of the first things you hit
Inq > 5HP TV > ES > HoW > Exo > CS > Judge > 3-4HP TV
As you can see it's 3rd on the prority list. You won't be entering many fights with 3 stacks of holy power for an inquisition cast, ditto for templars verdict,so most of the time it's actually the first thing you should be casting. It also has a 40yd range and no cast time,so you can cast it as your running into the fight.
For groups of 2 or more
Light's Hammer
is actually the best choice.I tend to have
Light's Hammer
as my default level 90 talent for questing and dungeon trash then swap out to
for boss fights.

I wouldn't use it right off the bat no matter what. People put way too much faith in EJ in my opinion.
In my experiences of simulationcraft and dummy testing, I find it more beneficial to wait to use my first
until after I've procced Inq, as that makes its damage a hell of a lot better.
I usually open with Exo and start right into the queue with that rather than waste a CD right off the bat. I tend to wait and use it after I've popped AW and GoAK myself.

To get the maximum from ES, start by making sure you have the
Inquisition
buff then pop
wait for 20 stacks of
then pop
Avenging Wrath
and
.

It moves with the target. I have seen this happen with a few Heroic Boss Fights. However LH it fixed to the spot where it is cast. Which Sucks for add fights that has movement. (That or I have had some troubled tanks here lately).

Also, if you are stunned/incapacitated, the attack from ES stops.

Its not that people put too much faith in EJ, its that a lot of people don't understand how to read a priority - this being a good example. You say you wouldn't use ES before Inq, well the priority doesn't tell you to - the priority is true for the whole fight, though it also clearly says that Inq is your top priority. True, read strictly not just for the whole fight but for the begining as well, it would tell you that ES is your first ability to use, but since its a "hole fight" and not an "opener" priority, you need to read it for what is your top priority. Inq being first, means that you want to get Inq up asap, not delaying it for anything else, so an opener would start at Exo or CS.

EJ have actually updated their advice since this post started after people were asking similar questions about inq and other buffs being active when casting ES.

I was wondering, would ES benefit off of your AW dmg boost?
And if you have your GoAK out, why is it recommended to wait for 20 stacks of ancient power before popping anything else? it doesn't boost your dmg or anything does it? its just an extra attack once your guardian is gone.
If someone could explain it to me.
On subject though, i think the priority would be:
Inq>5 HP TV>ES>Exo>CS>Judge

Its a Stacking Strenght Buff that GoAK buffs.
As for the amount I can't remember the amount think its 20 Stenght a stack if i'm not mistaken. so +400 Strenght.
As far as the stacking yes ES would be boosted. IF its effect by Iqu, then it should be effected by AW.
