Snip.
Sorry for my noobishness - guess everyone has to start somewhere... thanks!
Precisely, and there is a great community here to help you get started :)
In terms of the Mouse keybinds I am unfortunately clueless as I use a regular mouse, however I will do my best with talents and glyphs by saying why I picked what I picked :)
GlyphsStraight into MoP my glyphs are probably not the greatest, but they do the job OK for now;
Major -
, mainly for PvP, being able to stay stealthed while moving is incredibly useful
Major -
, imo one of the best glyphs for soloing/levelling, combine this with a tanking pet and you will see a major difference in how easy it is to survive
Major -
, as I used to always forget to manually mark targets, this was an obvious choice, but also allows for a speedy re-mark on a new target mid combat.
Minor -
Glyph of Lesser Proportion, again for PvP, smaller target (albeit marginally) means harder to target (sort of)
Minor -
, for the pure fun of having a little companion in the form of a recently changed aspect following me
Minor -
, again for the fun of being able to shoot fireworks from my bow/gun.
TalentsLevel 15 -
Narrow Escape, Useful in both PvE and PvP situations, if something is getting too close for comfort, then with this talent I can pop my Disengage and keep then rooted to the spot
Level 30 -
, imo the obvious choice for this tier, an interrupt useful in PvE and the silence even more useful in PvP
Level 45 -
Exhilaration, a nice instant heal, I find it a very quick tool to stay alive when it starts to look rough, also a 100% heal for pets, so great for tank pets that bit off more than they could chew
Level 60 -
, as a BM hunter, my primary focus drain (though not really the recommended rotation) is spam of
, ergo, this talent was the obvious choice, also, combine this proc and
Bestial Wrath for free
Multi-Shot for fast and free AoE
Level 75 -
, possibly my favorite talent, not only for it's extreme viability, but also for the fun chaos it can cause if used on a flying target, Flying Wolf!
Level 90 - Having played around with all the level 90 talents, I have settled on
, for it's short cooldown and decent damage output,
Barrage has a tendency to overpull mobs from a mile away, and
has a knockback that really annoys tanks.
I hope this large amount of text is able to help you in someway, and like the others, I am here to answer any other questions ou may have :)
