I actually also no longer have the Repair utility in my WoW folder. Actually, I think it was removed...

Found this in a blue post:
With the release of Patch 5.0 and Mists of Pandaria, the repair tool has been wrapped into the game. The game will now stream repair data automatically anytime it detects corrupt data files.
There are still ways for the Repair feature to be blocked for fail. In those cases you'll still encounter an error,
but there are things you can do to resolve the issue
.
Please note that if you have or find an old copy of the repair tool, it will not work with the current game. The old repair tool cannot identify the current game version and will only tell you to reinstall. That's not always the best answer so I'd recommend using the link above first.
