Hi guys, I'm looking for a macro that targets the nearest mob, and after a cleartarget, CANNOT target previous target. Is that possible ?
I got this
#showtooltip SPELL
/targetenemy
/console targetNearestDistance 10.000000
/cast SPELL
/cleartarget
I want to add a condition, so that my previous target cannot be targeted.
Thanks for help :)

Sorry, but I don't think there's any way to do this. Perhaps in my non-drunken state I could work something with /run-if-then, but for now, forget about it
: )

No way to do it, no. Before somebody tries to hack up a use with /focus, there's no way to check if units are equal.
Also,
/console targetNearestDistance 10.000000
This no longer functions, and hasn't for a long time. The cvar was totally removed.

Macros do not function in this way. The thing you describe sounds like something that would normally be used in a script or addon(LUA code).
Because it will need to get the player ID of your preveously targeted player and compare that with the new target. If made in a macro, that is where the macro ends. This means that if you did get the same target as the preveously, then you would not be able to do anything about it, other than maybe Canceltarget.
In addons you have the statement functionalities which are If, else, where and when (think i forgot one, but I hope you get it).
What that means is:
The loop will first check if you have a target at all and if it is existing and alive. Then it will check if the target is equal to the focused target (playerID=playerID). If target is the same then it will /Canceltarget and run the loop command(checking again). If the target is NOT equal to the focused target it will then cast the SPELL.
Hope this made any sense at all:D
