I entered the Winter Veil AMD Giveaway contest this year, I didn't get the achieve upon doing so but I figured that since the registration was just replying to a post it would require admin action to trigger and it would show up by the time winners were announced. It has now been at least a week since winners were announced and I still don't have the achieve for entering. Did I fail to properly enter the contest, have admins not gotten to activating all the entry and winner achieves for the contest, or is it a site bug?

Not quite sure, I didn't get an achievement for it either now that I checked. Since it's on the contest page, I'd assume it's considered an actual contest and therefor give the contest participation achievement.

That's weird. I took a quick look and it looks like that whole contest may have been missed by the achievement awarding system. I'll get this looked at but it could potentially be a little while before it gets any serious attention given the time of year and people taking holidays and so on. So, please bear with us.

That's the current Turtle Beach contest. This issues just seems to have affected the previous AMD one as far as I can tell.

Doh! I misread that, and yes I do not see that I got it for the AMD one.

Yeah, our AMD one had a bug where it didn't record account names so we had to generate them from the post--I didn't even think we realized this could be an issue! It'll be a somewhat easy fix, so we'll put it on our to-do list.
