How do I kill a Holy Paladin as a Hunter?

In my 2v2s I literally went to time cap as a Hunter fighting 2v1 with my healer against a Holy Paladin after we killed his partner. I cannot apply enough pressure without Stampede to effectively kill a Holy Paladin, and Stampede has the same cooldown as their bubble.
Is there something I'm missing? Should I be using Widow Venom or something?

Healer - DPS combo in 2v2, both teams.
The other team, they struggle to burst you down. In the very first 30sec's of the match.
You think they made a dummy burst.. keep this in mind, don't leave it to chance.
The question you need to ask yourself.. "do you have the dps to take down that healer" first attempt.
At the same time you need to find out as much information, about the other team in them 30sec's of elapsed time. Weak points, this could be position, mana issues, lack of CC.. interrupts.. did they blow cooldowns at what point. As much information as possible, or it could be game over.. Anything past 30sec's of elapsed time & it tends to be a break even game.. the team that makes the mistake will lose. Has less mana.
Test the water
... 30sec's information gain. Or even a shorter time frame, depending on how well you think you got away with the first attack.
I tend to burst the dps first.. but i will not kill it, just leave it enough health for the healer to keep spamming heals on them. I find if you apply heat to the dps, they tend to panic & mess up rotations. Causing them to play defensive over attacking. Not always the case. You can try this out on the healer first.. but i find i have more success, with nuke the dps as a tester first. Depends on your team mate / class.. ability to play. Sometimes things will work for one team, but the same tactic, might not work for you.
Why even test the water
... To get information.. "does the healer use up loads of mana" etc. Keep doing this, while using some of your CC abilities on the healer, not all of them, they need to spend that mana. Testing if the mana bar goes down, & how quickly it does.. if it doesn't move.. Then this healer is gonna be a pain. Don't kill the dps, at this point in time. If the mana bar does move rather quickly.. you got a easy kill. Go ahead, kill the dps.
Preparation is key
... while doing all of the above, in the split 30sec's or less, when the game first starts. You need to get the healer, thinking about saving his player & himself. Blow all cooldowns, but skip out some Arcane shots & try to hide your first burst damage. Drag it out a little bit, but enough to place heat on the dps, so the healer does have to work. Dummy tactics.
If you feel like you can get the dps or healer down without any problems, with this information on the first burst attempt.. then go for it. If you feel like the healer is able to keep the dps alive without using much mana, or you have burst the healer & it doesn't really do much.. attempt another tactic.
The other tactic
... The healer is a royal pain in the backside...This is where you change tactics, after you have done ( midway into ) your first burst attempt, proper attempt / dummy attempt etc. You know at this point, "yep.. its going to be a long game"
The mana war game begins
"sigh"
Keep switching up your tactics, till you find the pressure point, weak point that will get you a win.
The aim of the game is knock down the other healers mana. As long as your healer has more mana & isn't getting to much hassle from the dps. Keep that dps alive, while the dps is alive the other healer can spend more mana, This is where you time your bursts. Use that dps against its own healer. Keep bursting down that dps, switching targets all the time... since the healer will keep healing him & himself.
I haven't done any Arena in such a long time... so perhaps this information is out of date. Please feel free to comment on your own tactics.
