Do Enhancement Shaman need the nerf to Glyph of Purge?

I do not think so. For those who don't know, purge dispels 1 buff and with the glyph it dispels 2. The proposed change in 5.2 is to add a 6 second CD to the glyph, basically making it worthless for enhancement shaman.
The argument for this nerf is mainly stemming from the fact that most shaman in pvp are resto so this glyph can be OP in conjunction with a resto shaman - but even so it comes with a high mana cost. I can agree that this glyph is "too good" for resto even with its mana cost.
On the flipside, enhancement has been a fairly average pvp spec when compared to other melee DPS and the best pvp dps spec for shaman...unfortunately we're almost always lumped together with resto and changes meant to balance them tend to hurt us.
Why do I feel that enhancement should have access to the glyph as is? Quite simply our damage alone is not enough to burst down a healer who is covered in HoTs and bubbles. Non-glyphed purge will have us go OOM as we attempt to remove the unending junk buffs that constantly pop up on targets that are being healed. Even with the glyph it is still a major chore to down a healer or a player receiving healing...and in no way did purge become an "i win" button for enhancement.
On a side note enhancement did receive some minor buffs, however they are primarily PvE related and will have no bearing on enhancement shaman in pvp. Ancenstral Swiftness adding an extra 5% melee haste (total 10%) is the only "buff" we get, yet Echo of the Elements is arguably the more useful talent on that tier for pvp.

If Purge worked as intended, it would be fine, but it is currently OP as implemented. Druid Rejuvenation is supposed to have an initial heal plus HoT ticks. Purge is supposed to remove the HoT ticks, but should never be able to block the initial heal. The problem is that Purge seems to have a residual effect, blocking the initial heal upon reapplication of Rejuv. This is clearly a bug and not working as intended. Or at least it's not working as the tooltip indicates.
Many shamans put their kick and their purge together on a macro. That may be it.

Faulty logic. Going from being massively OP in 3.0 to average probably makes it seems like a 'huge nerf' but in reality it's not. Ret paladins are still quite capable and holy paladins are getting buffed.

No, it's your imagination...and resto druids with cyclone spam and basic immunity to slows and snares have no place to whine about glyph of purge. Enhance shams were probably the only class keeping resto druids in check since the DK got nerfed.
