When you're leveling, I'd recommend feral. You can choose Guardian and then tank instances all the way up, but I never enjoyed that approach. Once you hit end game (you reach max level), you'll have to try both to figure out which one is "best."
Guardian druids are for tanking, as in you soak the damage so that others don't. This is a special type of gameplay you can only get on a few classes.
Feral druids are for DPS, as in you're job is to deal damage. You'll find this job on ANY class, but the way in which you do it will be different for each class.
I play both Guardian and Feral. Honestly, I'd say do both if you can. I love tanking; I've been doing it since early Burning Crusade, but it can get a little boring, so picking up a DPS spec on your druid can provide a nice change of pace and also give yourself some flexibility when doing raids or dungeons with guildies/friends.
TL;DR: Play both to figure it out.

3 days ago you were level 12...
People's opinion in this case is going to be highly subjective. With that in mind, everything that anyone will say has already been said in your other thread.
Play each one and decide for yourself, rather than asking an open-ended question with a purely subjective answer.
Best possible outcome for you is to get dual spec and have a feral spec and guardian spec.
