On the bar by your bags, that has your spellbook, dungeon journal, etc. you will see an icon that looks like a horse that opens the mounts/pets journal. Select the mount tab, and it should show all mounts available. You can then drag the mount icon of choice (in this circumstance, the warhorse) onto an action bar.

The shortcut is <shift> + p, assuming you haven't changed the key bindings.
