Sorry that I didn't see this until just now, please respond if you still need any help! Having an
authenticator
on the account will help prevent those kinds of locks. Best part is, the authenticators for the mobile devices are free!

I hate to hijack, but until then you can attempt to unlock your account via certain directions (you should receive an email to the email address associated with your account). Be VERY careful about clicking links in the emails or anywhere else (go straight to account management, making sure to say you can't log in).
This alone may make the account work on your new computer.
