u need more pvp gear. make sure every slot has resilience. only 2 exceptions are trinkets, and main hand, etc. use ur instant heals more.

Gear obviously plays an important role in survivability, so do tactics. Try to deny line of sight for your enemies. Use your own CC (
Repentance
,
Blinding Light
,
Hammer of Justice
).
I think
Holy Prism
is superior to the alternatives in PvP. Instant cast spells can't be interrupted and this one is available often enough to be useful and just strong enough to make a difference. If you are forced into cast time heals
Aura Mastery
may prevent silence/interrupts even if you're still susceptible to knockbacks or CC.

Metagame just started to favor burst-heavy ranged classes rather than the defensive games of Cata.
It's simply that everything's squishier now than before.
