they're already in the alliance.
SO WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU MEAN BY JOIN IT?

In my own twisted, demented and somewhat honest opinion i think it is more likley that the blue eyed Quel'dorei joins up with their kin, the blood elves and serve under the banner of the horde than the green eyed sin'dorei joins up with the treacherous alliance.
Hellfire and oblivion, even Rommath having romance with Vereesa is more likley for me than "alliance blood elves."
Ohh well, thats my opinion at least. Fell free to mock it as much as you want.
Edit: Skree your profile pic looks like it wants to eat me, where is it from anyway?

As I said before, after the lovely stunt Jaina pulled off, we're more likely to see flying pigs in drag, parading and playing guitars on the charred corpse of Onyxia while standing on a mountain made of gnome corpses as hogger-clones rain from the sky, than we are of ever seeing the blood elves join the alliance once more.
Having said that, I disagree with one teeny bit of your post: Its equally unlikely that the blue-eyed quel'dorei EVER join the blood elves. After what Vereesa just did, any high elf not killed on sight by the blood elves should count their blessings. The blood elves allowed the high elves free access to the sunwell to quench their magical thirst, and this is how they repay them, with a knife on the back.
Yep, not seeing THEM ever setting one foot in silvermoon any time soon.
