...Any plan for a three year achievement ? :3
Oh you are an evil, evil person <3 Of course, now that there's that nifty fix we could go for it - if it were offered.

Argh, before the fix mine was always very consistently counting from early June (I didn't have the jumping around so many others did), now it's decided I missed July 21st - over 40 days lost when I was almost there :-(
Sadly I don't comment very often so can't prove I was active that day, unless by some chance I submitted a screenshot then... unfortunately I've submitted too many since that date and the ones I can see don't go back that far.
I checked the daily visit history, forum posts, forum topics, contest entries, comments, comment replies, screenshots, site reputation history, and user achievements for your account for July 21, 2012.. found nothin.
Ack, I wish it hadn't been showing me as consecutive from June for so long then, gave me false hope of being almost there :-( Thanks for checking anyway, I'll just have to suck it up and keep on going then! Hopefully this'll be the end of these problems anyway, glad it's sorted now :-)

I'm showing 155 today instead of the high 400s. I'm not overly concerned as I got my 365, but there's definitely something buggy going on.
There
was
something buggy going on, but no longer. Apart from the 0 consecutive days bug mentioned
above
, things are good.
I checked the daily visit history, forum posts, forum topics, contest entries, comments, comment replies, screenshots, site reputation history, and user achievements for your account for December 4, 2012. No activity.
Just something to consider for people that are being told they didn't have activity from a random day in the distant past; Would the manual fixes to this bug in the past cause issues with your current method of detection?
Thanks for working on this feature, though. I'm up to 788 days, and kind of get frustrated when I have to come here and annoy you guys to fix it. :P

Yup for some reason my March 14 visit is not there but everything else is - funny thing - that was a Saturday. Was getting to the 200 mark and now down to 55 and counting.
I am not one of those prolific posters and I don't spend oodles of time down rating new posts so I have little secondary evidence.
I just visit daily to check on quest and item data while on WoW and occasionally add my little bit.

Just remember whenever you come to Wowhead (first time of the day) to go to your Profile and see that you received your +5 reputation for "daily visit" and then you're good. You know it's in the records. If you do this each day and verify it has appeared then you know you're safe.

So... I was at 150 some odd days (roughly), and now suddenly I'm at 53. I went down through that tiny scroll box and it says I wasn't logged in on March 17. If that was the case, why was it counting up since then, only to drop like a rock when I looked today?

The second thing I do in the morning (not the first, as I get up before the new Wowhead day begins) is to visit the
reputation page
:) I even noticed, when I modify the URL e.g.
like this
, it cuts off the top part and displays the Reputation History without having to scroll.

This morning I somehow went from around 220 to 9 after this change... Did I really just lose everything? Or is it messing up? I've been checking the site pretty diligently with an alarm, and I'm pretty sure I haven't missed anything.
Same thing.. checked all the above for your account for April 29, 2013. No activity.
I have my browser history for the 29th, wowhead homepage, and reputation page, both checked at almost exactly 6AM when I'm getting ready for the day, I can attach a screenshot if you'd like. I really have been pretty on top of it for this.

It's not my call whether we can retroactively mark that day for you, but having such a screenshot couldn't hurt. I know I'd be interested to see it, at least.

mineka, silversol, and any others with zero consecutive visits:
As you probably know, you haven't missed any days since the first day you logged in. Looks like my counter assumed that at least one day would be missed.
We are special >:)
Thanks for the quick updates, keep up the good work !
The never-missed-a-day bug showing 0 consecutive visits is fixed. I refreshed the counter for the few people affected who posted in this thread. If you're not one of them (but see 0 consecutive visits today), your counter will be refreshed when you log in tomorrow.
Making the box longer will help people especially when scrolling through
the 365 scroll-er
.
That's done, too.

Sorry about the lines, didn't want to share stuff like my facebook and email, but like I said I know I've been good about not missing this each day.

I believe my consecutive days just dropped by 90 or 120 days. I am on this site many times a day--I haven't missed it.
Just wanted to bring to your attention if this isn't a known bug.

I'll see if I can get that in the next push.
Looks great dude! Nice work.

For the first time in months, I can look at this thread topic without an impending sense of doom. So great to see progress being made, I can mess around with the database LUA but this was outside of my expertise.
/cheer for Erorus!

I fully concur, both with the happiness at progress on a tenacious issue and with the /cheer for Erorus.

I feel like I may have also fallen victim to the "Bug Fix" issue that is being posted about. Before the Patch I was 300+ days (307 sounds about right), but since then I have fallen into the 80s. As suggested before I will try to locate timestamps that "prove" my missing days, but I think the recent fix may have uncovered or caused a secondary issue.
EDIT:
After reading the remainder of the thread and looking through my account it would appear that I don't have a record for 2/12 or 2/13 (computer is conflicted on which one is the issue). I have been religious about logging in everyday but I am not the most prolific poster and don't take screen shots of things. If the system says I'm wrong I guess I am, but its disheartening to think I was only 2 more months away and then get dropped to the 80s.
EDIT #2:
What I mean by "computer is conflicted" is this: If I go into the Achievement itself to view the new Day Tracking feature, it says I'm missing 2/13/13. However, if I go into the Reputation history for my Profile I have login credit for 2/13/13 and do not see credit for 2/12/13. According to the Achievement page I'm also missing some days in June and July of 2012, but the Reputation History Page does not track back that far.

Thanks for this- I'm actually here because as of right now, the site isn't tracking my visits from today- and since I'm nocturnal, that means I was on in the early hours. I'd hoped when I logged in this evening, it would show credit for today, but no joy yet. So here's my forum post, to prove that I'm here today!
Also, congrats on joining the wowhead team, and thanks for the work you're already putting in with this issue!

Yeah, sitting in almost the exact same spot. I had my web history, but I dunno if it's worth much...
This is pretty disappointing, I was so close. I really hope they can do something for us, but I get the feeling we're SoL.
Edit: Randomly at 245, then refreshed and was at 0, and now at 243... Maybe they're working on it? /hope
