Hello, I seem to gone from 310+ days suddenly to 110 days, what is going on with the site?

^Yeah same here, my counter dropped from around 280 yesterday to 78 when I checked this morning.
That would mean that we both lost around 200 days, Hunsy, so I guess it's something global.

I know it's not global, because mine hasn't decreased. Unfortunately, I have no idea what may be happening with your numbers, we'll have to wait for greater minds (i.e. developers) to inform you/us.

I have been on the site today for about 10mins and my counter hasn't changed, so posting in my new favorite Forum Thread to prove I was here today.

When you visit
the
consecutive
day
achievements
, the "My Info" box will show what days we have seen you logged in. We calculate the consecutive days by that list. If there's a day in that list that you missed, but you can prove you were logged in (from a forum post or comment or something else
dated
), tell us what day was missed and link that proof and we can investigate.

I don't have a link, but my Rep Page says
"Daily visit +5 on 2013/02/13"
yet I do not have credit for the day in the Day Tracker.
Also, this is the second post from the second computer I have used today (first being 6+ hours ago around 7 MST) and I still haven't gotten credit for being logged in today.

I just had the Expert Rocketeer achievement 13 days ago but my Consecutive visits counter says 53 days.If it really is 53 days(53-13=40) i would(could) not have gotten the Expert Rocketeer achievement imo.
Mine reset to 53 days too. Interesting.
Edit: I clicked the chieve
Expert Rocketeer
which i got on 3/22 and this site says I wasn't on 3/19. Looks like that's how I lost what it seems 97 days.
If I wasn't on 3/19 I shouldn't have gotten Expert Rocketeer three days later.

I earned my Expert Rocketeer on 01/09/2013, so today my consecutive logins should say 223 days and not 146... 77 days just poofed.
Oh and "link that proof", no..no. We havent done anything wrong, its not up to us to prove anything. Last time you guys fixed this matter so I assume you will do the same this time aswell.

It would be simple to say you checked for posts from me, etc., etc. But that is not going to be a helpful -or determining factor- with myself (and likely others); as I just log on to get the day counted. I've stopped playing WoW, and have continued visiting Wowhead out of determination to get the achievement completed I started.

This is a new type of problem that's a separate issue from past consecutive visits bugs, such as the DST issue in the fall.
Personally, I thought the counter was wrong in three cases for me, but after examining the dates more with the new tool and looking at my posting history, I realized that I'd been flying on an airplane for two of them, and visiting family for the whole day for the third. I'd just been checking Wowhead from my phone, not logged in.
We're not asking users to link proof because we think everyone is lying. We're asking users for help in the same way we'd ask you for a screenshot if we got a 'Wowhead looks broken' feedback email--specifics help. We've fixed issues this past week where the counter didn't update until another missed day was recorded, and another bug where users with 0 days missed had display errors. Specifics helped us solve those issues.
I know it must be frustrating if you feel a question still isn't addressed, but Erorus has been answering concerns on a daily basis and will again once it's Monday.(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##perculia##DELIM##

I say that because I often see the date listed as
(n/a) ago
when I look at the rep tab, but then again my computer is atypical, as I have it configured as being a UK computer but I'm based in the USA. (I've seen that config confuse a number of different websites before).
Keep in mind the (n/a) ago on your rep page is entirely unrelated to this consecutive visits issue. That's a separate bug. It should be telling you the correct day/time and will again eventually. In the mean time, click your name on the top right corner and scroll down to the 'Reputation' tab. That page does show the date/time.

Okay, just noticed this (seperately from my othe rissue).
The achievement page lists me as not having visisted on 11/12/2012, however, my reputation page lists me as having a visit on 2012/11/12 (its a little confusing to use 2 different dating formats, especially as the one used in the achievement tab is the leats used worldwide, as it is the most unituitive - either uses Y/M/D ot D/M/Y, don't use M/D/Y, please!)
As for whether I have any forum posts or other stuff, I don't know (yet), will look into it if its easy to do so.

Out of interest, what timezone is used for this, and has it changed? That may explain why my July 21 disappeared when I previously had credit - I know I was out all day (having checked my diary), however I would definitely have checked in during the evening, as I make a point of always checking Wowhead daily for this achievement (and the fact that I previously had credit for that day confirms this, I believe). I would also have been on the previous day, although not necessarily late into the evening, so maybe the reset was at a bad time and I missed out.
However, having previously had credit for that day makes me wonder if you guys have moved what time a day resets at in the process of making changes to this? I'm in the UK so would've been on GMT+1 at the time (summer time), I guess Wowhead goes on one of the US timezones?

I admit, there is some confusion in the format of our dates here. Join date is showing Y/M/D but the date listed for forum posts is M/D/Y (which is what I'm personally accustom too) but I'm not sure on the rest.
As far as timezone. I know the day resets at 10 PM PST (12 AM CST) unless it changed recently; I didn't check.
