"You're not going to open it by staring at it," Theridan remarked coldly to Arthur, pausing before the door on his way through the entrance hall to eye the younger human.

"It won't open if I do nothing," Arthur replied, continuing to study the door.

Olet Hopewell
Guest Room
Olet sighed, making her way across the room. This was all too much, it had to be a dream.
Shi'Ra Spearfall
Guest Room
As her doorway opened, Shi'Ra mustered up all her strength; breaking free from her Forsaken crutch and stepping through the threshold into the room with a hiss. Turning and glaring daggers at the Tauren and undead, the Troll slammed the door shut, locking it quickly.

"This is bad! Extremely bad! Super duper bad!"
Monogear inspected the dark ranger's bath room door with intense scrutiny in his yellow eyes.
"Your!
Door!
Is!
Locked!"
After his anti-climactic announcement, he turned to look at Falionna, "Just use your key to open it," he explained, shrugging. "What, did you think these doors stick? I had them all fixed and prepared to luxury standards before you all arrived! Yehehe!"
Character
: Theridan Hyatt

: Guest Room (Theridan's)
"I doubt it will open if you do anything. Whatever pathetic attempt at something you might try, anyway," Theridan snorted, appraising the door without turning his attention to the younger human. The sealed metal door may have been passable if the 'guests' had access to a siege vehicle, or perhaps all their mages were at full strength to melt an exit. Unfortunately, neither option was available to them, and it was doubtful the door was going to suddenly open due to wishful thinking.

Mable sighed, or made a show of doing so, as she watched the door close and heard the click of the lock. The Forsaken shook her head, "I at least hope she'll take the time to rest up," the mage then glanced sideways at Ashorn. "You did what you could... so thank you."

Falionna gazed with wide eyes on Monogear with surprise. She calmed herself shortly out of her chock.
The dark ranger fumbeled for her numbered key and inserted it into the bathroom door's keyhole and turned the key. A loud click first then the door opened. With lots of squeaking asweel.
"I thought in a old place like this there is bound to be a few broken locks..." Falionna said defensivly to the mechanical gnome.

"He seemed uncertain..." Arthur mused. "...Tell me something," he added, turning to the other human. "Did the mansion look well kept when we first arrived? And windows. Did you see any windows on the outside?"

"Not exactly. The strange conditions of magic here don't allow us to draw magic for spells from our natural sources, so I was planning we use the fel in our blood as an energy source to cast some, non fel, spells. If they get infused by a little of fel power I don't really mind about that."

"I'm offended! Super offended! This manor isn't that old!" Monogear shifted uncomfortably, before stopping and glaring sharply at the undead elf. "Now don't go locking yourself in somewhere, because I don't feel like bailing you out!"
He was, of course, gone soon afterwards.

Theridan pursed his lips into a grim line, taking a long time to finally respond, "... yes. There didn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary about the manor when I first arrived."

"With these grim rules it's refreshing to see someone still willing to help others," Mable managed a tight smile towards the nervous tauren.

"Exactly." Arthur nodded, assured by the other human's words, his eyes never leaving the door. "But where are they now? I didn't see any in our rooms. Or the dining hall. So here's the question, is this even the same building as before? And more importantly, where are we now?"

"Relish in murder? Of course. Some people have issues."
He pointed to his head and made a gesture with some connotation to imaginary mechanical parts.
After a moment of silence, he seemed to have cheered up notably. "Oh well, I guess it'll sort itself out eventually."

Falionna stared at the spot where Monogear had apeared a short moment ago for a few seconds before walking into the previously locked room, retrived the key and closed the door and locking the door from the inside. Ignoring the advice from monogear.
She started to pour water into the tub, was it warm she did not know as she din't have the ability to sence if it was. once filled with the liquid the Dark Ranger quickly undressed from her silly dress and got into the water.

Ashorn blinked and mumbled, having completely missed Monogear's speech.
Marsus and Kisvixishiid
Guest Room
Marsus sighed as he looked around. It was a nice room. You know nice for getting stabbed in.
"Oh you're totally getting stabbed," Kisvixishiid declared.
'No I'm not. Shut up.'
"They might even give you some kind of horrible chase scene where you run for you life for a bit and then die. A lot."
'You'd miss me.'
"HAH. Please. Me? Miss you?"
'Well if it wasn't obvious now...'

Character
: Conrad Warren
Location
: Guest Room (Conrad's)
Almost half an hour after Lancalor's visit, Conrad opened the door to his room. More accurately, he slammed it open with a loud bang, expecting it to withstand his theatrical reappearance.
In addition to his divided skirt, the fair-haired youth was now wearing a navy blue jacket with an upturned collar and the sleeves rolled up all the way to the elbow. The jacket was unbuttoned at the top, and so was a frilled collared shirt of fine white silk, revealing the clavicles and the sternum. On his feet were sharp-nosed boots, gleaming with a fresh layer of varnish. Conrad's left earlobe once more was bearing a silver shackle, and he had also taken the necessary time to fix his hair into four horn-like protrusions.
Conrad looked around, then closed the door with as much, if not more, noise, as if the first time was not loud enough. He locked it and started towards the dining hall, to grab a snack as much as to secure one of the weapons lying around. He had to hug the wall still, and his gait was still lame, but from the look of him he was in considerably less pain than before.

"You're optimistic!" Tsubedai noted, ever the observant one. "Would that I shared this sentiment."
He gobbled down his stew rather quickly and rose from his seat. The hour Marrosh had given him and Zeeta was almost at an end.

: Falionna Shadesong
Location
: Guest Room (Falionna's)
After a quater of a hour the Dark Ranger emerged from her bathroom with a single towel around her lean body after cleaning herself from of shards and dust from the explosion, committing unspeakable and vomit worthy acts of horror to remove maggots and other parasites that feeds on the dead.
Falionna then walked over to the closet and picked a black with gold tunic that reveals her stomach, matching pants and boots, all made from netherweave. And lastly she took a jet black hooded coat, she riped the sleaves off and used that fabric to tie her ashen hair into a ponytail, with a short sword on the wall she added holes to the hood for her ponytail and elven ears.

Marrosh then said: "Well, if you don't want to do it, you are just gonna make it harder for us to escape. Anyways, where's the Mag'har? The hour is up, and there is yet a part of the strategy we need to discuss."

"If the state of the door is any indication, the walking scrap heap may have filled them in, or boarded them up," Theridan mused. "Though, I will grudgingly admit, you have a point. We could be somewhere completely different from the actual House Daybreak. Not that that observation helps our current predicament at all."

"Actually, it may well." The youth slowly nodded his head. "Think about it? Some of us will, presumably, be missed by
somebody
. And they would come looking for us. A dinner party doesn't last years (Unless the dessert tray is particularly amazing). So, how does he intend to prevent that?" Arthur turned to Theridan speculatively. "This entire place might be a pocket dimension or something to keep us hidden. If we plan to get out, we need to figure out where we even are first."

Marrosh, Raegar Stormbreaker
Marrosh's Room
"I haven't lost it. I won't finish off an unarmed enemy unless my life or my sanity is in the balance. I won't attack a guest, and worst of it, I wouldn't attack an ally. When I decided to live on after the Lich King fell, instead of putting myself to rest, it was to try and get back with the elements." The death knight then looked to Raegar and said: "And this kiddo seems to haven't lost his idealism. He wouldn't dare try to backstab someone. He seems of the type that would go in front and split them in half with an axe slash. Just like my brother used to be."
