Can't login, stuck at "success"

Hi guys, just hoping someone might be able to shed some light on my situation. I am currently unable to login to the game, when I try, it stays stuck on "Success!" and doesn't move no matter how long I wait. Pressing Cancel reverts the message to "Retrieving realm list" but it doesn't move from there either.
Other symptoms include
1. When I open the launcher, instead of the news and splash page, it just stays black, but the Play button is available.
2. I'm in Asia, but on a U.S. server (don't know if this is relevant since I've been on a North American server since the beginning)
3. After trying to look for solutions online, I found that I can't connect us.battle.net but I can to eu.battle.net
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you try to log in with a different computer, and/or at a friend's/coworker's? Preferrably someone with the same ISP.

After consulting with some friends, it seems it's a problem with our ISP. I could log into the sites with my phone (of course, my phone can't play WoW :p) but when I called the ISP's hotline, they said something like a server is down so certain sites can't send/receive data properly leading to this problem. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon. Thanks for the suggestion Nulgar.
Xianji: try what Nulgar suggested too, if they say the same, then it's definitely the ISP.

Found a solution guys! :D Thanks to the people on the World of Warcraft Philippines forums (yes, also PLDT here)
Either download this program TCP Optimizer
http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php
and click Custom on the bottom right, set MTU to 900 and restart.
If you're Windows Vista, 7 or 8, you may have to do this manually. I used this guide
http://www.richard-slater.co.uk/archives/2009/10/23/change-your-mtu-under-vista-windows-7-or-windows-8/
But it worked! I'm finally back in the game :D Not sure about Mac users, but you basically need to set your MTU to 900. I'm not sure if it'll fix the problems for other sites, but at the very least it'll get you back in game. Good luck! Hope this helps :D
