To all you idiots saying that 'OH NO MY CLASS ISNT EASY TO PLAY CAUSE IM (insert offspec here)'
Shut the hell up, if we wanted to talk about non-viable offspecs we would say so, when we mention class we ASSUME your PVP SPEC. Im talking MS warrior, SHS rogue, FROST mage, etc.
I couldnt say one SINGLE class that is easiest to play, but anyone that ISNT a priest/rogue/warr/druid will have a harder time than these fantastic four. Yes, even warlocks.

The best way to play WoW is to have a couple of 70's if you can, with the variety of specs and constant nerfing/buffing cycle you should always end up with at least SOMETHING that is very viable in PvP...
I have a 70 Shaman, Warlock and Druid and they are all challenging depending on the situation you are in, gear, what cooldowns are up etc. The one thing that makes WoW PvP worth playing is the number of variables, thus it is pretty hard to just bluntly state answers to the question you are asking.

i have seen priest last for 10 minutes in arena, its incredible, i want one!
Common mistake. Here's how this'll go:
"!@#$, 70 finally! That sucked."
"WTF I'M GETTING OWNED?"
"I COULDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING! NERF!"
"DAMNIT! WE NEED BUFFS!"
"WTF!"
..and 2 months down the road..
"Class X looks fun. I think I want it."
Rolling on misconceptions of balance is a bad road that's hard to recover from. Trust all classes are balanced for the sake of your choice.
This is true but at the same time one can compare the difficulty or poorly geared classes at the same point in their development.
In my experience mage at 70 (poorly geared) is much harder than resto druid or rogue at the same point (some PvP epics, some blues and a quest green or 2 left over).
I have seen well played mages do well in PvP so sure it is possible. But you do not see poorly geared mages holding their own at any time - they just get rolled. That was not true for my rogue or druid. They had tools to survive and pick fights that made them somewhat viable early on.
So in my experience a mage takes more skill than a rogue or a druid.

The OP asked about class, not specific builds. All classes have builds that do well in PVP and builds that suck for PVP (except locks, all their builds are PVP viable).
When's the last time you died to a full Destruction Warlock? Honestly.
The Warlock myths are moving beyond annoying and really starting to ^&*! me off. Next time you fight a Warlock, imagine that they aren't OP, imagine that Fear isn't an IWIN button, and try to fight back instead of simply preparing to release because "Locks are OP". You might actually get somewhere, especially if you're physical DPS.
