Nice guide Raylite, 1 edit. Elemental shaman don't need spell hit. 0 to start Kara, and it's only 28 spell hit rating to cap out at 13% + Hit.

- 3% = +12% spell hit.

38 spell hit, actually. Elemental Precision + Nature's Guidance + Totem of Wrath + Inspiring Presence + 83% base = 96%. At 12.6 points per 1% of spell hit chance, you need 37.8 (or 38) spell hit rating to reach the cap.
btw Raylite - I know it throws off your beautiful formatting on your legend, but you didn't define Mp5 in the numbers section. ;) Shouldn't be that hard to figure out - although there always seems to be some confusion on the Paladin forums that the important Mp5 (for Paladins) is in-combat mana regen.

Just to update my previous posts, here are the correct numbers for a Restoration Druid, Gruul > TK/SSC.
Gruul/Mag:
1700+ heal
8000 mana
120 mp/5
TK/SSC:
1800+ heal
8500 mana
180 mp/5
I had less than these stats when I first started and I performed just fine. Mana is a non-issue for Druids, between Innervate and potions I can keep healing all day long.

Never saw a request for them to be changed.
Quoting myself from page 2:
There is no requirement for dodge% for any specific instance or boss, and there definitely is no requirement for block% since anything you add to this will be pushed off the table almost all the time anyway.
Rather delete those two and put in an armor requirement.
If you do insist on adding in avoidance, put it in there as a combined number (parry + dodge + miss combined) since that's what matters.
Block % is a useless number to look at, since it will be pushed off the combat table all the time anyway. Please at least remove Block % from your list. As I said before, a specific dodge % is not a great idea either, but not necessarily wrong. But better to combine it to total avoidance (dodge + parry + miss) since you will get defense rating and parry rating as well as dodge rating as your gear improves. And a parry or miss reduces damage just as much as a dodge.
I suggested an armor requirement to fill another slot if you like. I'll leave that up to you.

If we're looking at plate tanks specifically, wouldn't it be simpler just to note that you should shoot for 102.4% avoidance total (minus the bonus for Shield Block/Holy Shield)? Yes, you don't have to be uncrushable for every raid fight in Karazhan and beyond - but to my knowledge there's at least one boss in each raid beyond KZ that can crush, so hitting that magic avoidance number is required in a way.
It could be noted above the number charts, where it mentions that 490 is a magic number for tanks...

A naked protection warrior holding a shield (any shield) is uncrushable with the shield block ability activated.
Warriors generally should not concern themselves with being uncrushable without the shield block ability, certainly not at the tier 4 level. It is far better to focus on getting a nice amount of effective health and some avoidance to protect your shield block charges. Not to mention threat stats.

Gotcha, I wasn't aware of that. My highest Warrior was a 37, so I don't have any end game Warrior tanking experience. My bad for assuming. :)
