Brewmaster class would be excellent for WoW.
Other hero classes I'd like seen:
Admiral (don't know what Admiral Proudmoore's real class is called).
Demon Hunter (Oh the memories....of mana burn death).
Blademaster (Rogue/Warrior hybrid??)
Warden (Rogue/caster hybrid??)
Sea Witch (Naga subclass, forked lightning ftw!)

Daelin Proudmoore was a paladin if I'm not mistaken.
The problem with most of the classes people are listing is that they already exist in the game in some form. It is hard to just go off listing your favorite warcraft 3 heros, because most already are in the game, just with different names and abilities cherry picked from non-heroes.
Mages are just an amalgamation of liches, blood mages, and arch-mages.
Warriors are somewhat a hybrid of mountain king and blademaster.
What I think would be cool would be to make a tinker class. Sort of a mechanical druid if you will. The tinker would get different goblin/gnomish suits, like a shedder for Melee, and a robo form for tanking.
What else would be cool would be to give the tinker very powerful abilities for healing and tanking and the like, but then make it a very reagent heavy class with a very large like 30 slot bag for tinker reagents.

Yea going off of WC3 i would say Demonhunter.
I could possible see something like a Ranger too...good melee and ranged capabilities..so basically a hunter/rogue mix...without pets of course
