Nerf mobs' melee range. Sometimes im running from a mob and suddenly he hits/dazes me from 10yards away, and the combat log says its a melee attack. lol.
Remove daze from the game. Or at least remove the dismount effect when you get dazed.
100% drop rate on quest items. Nobody likes killing boars without a liver.

No fear mechanic. (For any class including my hunter.)
Nothing for the third thing

1. Remove rating requirements on PvP gear. Simply make it so that a rating/personal rating will enable you to get the item for free or for much cheaper. Some classes and class combinations simply aren't suitable for high-rated pvp. Also some people lack the good internet connections required. Finally, some people just don't have the skill. The skill should be a shortcut but not a necessary condition. It's not a good feeling to simply be "inadequate" to achieve a goal in an MMO despite trying hard. It's actually a horrible feeling. Especially when the goal is gear that you really want.
2. Equalize AV. AV is imbalanced as hell. Alliance have it so easy it's ridiculously unfair. It's only left the way it is because the majority of Blizzard's customer base is alliance and they are trying to appeal to that. It's a business decision that leaves Horde literally shafted.
3. In-game forums. I've seen this utilized in another MMO and it fosters community development to a great degree. The in-game forums would probably best be implemented on a server-specific scale. Global forums would still be browser-based. This might be accompanied by (the interface/framework being conducive) in-game mini-games like Chess, Checkers, and Othello. These would be fun things to do while grinding/raiding/traveling.

1. Cancel WoTLK
2. Revert to pre-BC
3. More world pvp
Honestly, the burning crusade was a let down for me. I had just leveled my first 60 and then i had to lvl to 70. I got fed up and quit. I just restarted playing a few months ago and now I have a lvl 68 warlock, but great in a month im going to have to level to 80.

1) Vendors that sell high level supplies in all of the major cities.
2) At least one way to get to Exalted with every faction that doesn't involve instance runs. Even if it's a giant pain in the butt.
3) Flesh out and open Gilneas, Hyjal, etc.

1 - Once you already have a max level character, make leveling alts faster (permanent rested xp would probably be the easiest)
2 - Have 2 specs at once, i raid and pvp equally, set it up with tabs or something, so you can switch back and forth between 2 specs without having to spend gold, Some weeks i would spend 250g just on respecing
3 - Have a vendor that changes colors on gear and weapons. If you have ever been in a hardcore raiding guild, standing next to 5 other mages who look exactly alike gets boring after say, 5 minutes?

I'm not sure if these have already been posted or not, I haven't read all the other posts.
1) I would add an option to attach a note to people on my friends list. I occasionally add a high level tailor/enchanter/whatever who has all the good patterns etc. with the intention of farming the mats and then getting back to that person. It's usually a few days before I get everything together and by that time I can't remember which name on my list to contact.
2) The ability to /ignore NPC's, specifically Myra Tyrngaarde. It's bad enough I have to deal with her when I'm in Ironforge, but since 3.0, no matter where I go, I get spam from that evil midget. I'm in Netherstorm at the moment and she is still harassing me. :/
3) A deathmatch style BG available to all levels. AB and WSG at lower levels are frustrating because there are always (in my experience) 3 or 4 people there for the sole purpose of HK farming.
