, 12 int or 18 stam enchant, preferably with both enchants in your bags
Cloak:
Battle Healer's Cloak
, a PvP reward. Dodge or resistance enchant
Gloves:
Tiger Hunter Gloves
with 35 healing or
Pillager's Gloves of the Eagle
with 30 healing
Chest:
Beguiler Robes
with 100 HP
Wrist:
Gallan Cuffs
with 15 healing
Leg:
Phalanx Leggings of the Eagle
with a silver spellthread or higher
the rest of your gear should be either level 29 greens with "of the Eagle" or a blue item in the high end of your bracket

Yes, the shield from SM quest isn't too bad, but
proc wise
