Hey guys, I have a few questions about the updated Torment the Weak.
First of all, the blues say that Torment will be triggered by more slows. Does this include Frostbolt/frostfire snare, or is it just attack speed slows, such as Thunderclap?
Secondly, would a fire build(Such as 20/51/0) with torment out dps the cookiecutter frostfire build(0/53/18)?

LOL man i am really starting to see why you long time wowhead posters get anoyed with pete and repeat. =) there is a seach for the fourms if your new to wowhead try and use it cuz 99% of a chance yuo question has already been talked about.

1) Any slow of anything (movement slow, attack speed slow, etc)
2) No, it makes Fireball and Frostfire bolt pretty much equal.
