That's a frost build I'd like to suggest, I know that alot of people go for MoB (Mark of Blood), and it is nice in pvp but not often enough to be a key point for a frost spec imo Ive played as each of the different specs to see how each of them play out and even as blood I got MoB and I dont find it super useful (would be more use in arena vs BG) but most of the time I use it to attempt at saving whoever's healing me =)
