3.3 HUGE bug

I downloaded 3.3, and when i went to start it up, i didnt work. so i closed it, tried to start it up again, and still nothing started up.

i then looked at my wow folder and saw that the patch had destroyed so much of my wow folder that it is unplayable.

i then tried to use repair, and even that wont work.. so i am stuck. the problem is not that i have a virus because i just got a new hardrive/computer.

is anyone else having this problem? or know of a way to fix it?

different folders/files were gone... the file "WoW" is missing.. and repair gets an error message when it is almost finished..

imo i would call it "desyroyed" as i cant even boot up wow... but to you it might not be

Was the game working prior to patching it with 3.3?
When did you get this new HDD/Computer? And was everything installed onto it successfully?

I know the site is down, but this just has Blizzard Tech Support written all over it. Give them a call or just wait it out till tomorrow since they'll be the best bet to help get your stuff resolved and fixed up.

everything was installed correctly

its a dell dimension... with a 500gig hard drive(cant remeber name) but it doesnt matter.. iv read on other forms that alot of other people are having the problem too. which means it isnt my computer.

i did check files and reset.. then at 99% it came up with a " repair bot must close now" message

but yea i downloaded the patch on my laptop and none of the files are missing, but still cant launch wow =/
