Doesn't matter anymore. Spec whatever you want and level to 80 doing LFD.

leveling didnt change in the patch. Stay frost, it'll still be your best bet til 80

Same as it always has been.
Just respec to try something else if u want.
Play around with the tree's and see what u like, i did 10-80 arcane i liked it (was slow tho until lvl64 ; ) ) was curious on frost tried it 2 lvl's and didnt like it and went back to arcane.
U never know if u like sometime if u dont try it.
