Holy crap Poglia. That's all I can say...
I did an epic fail yesterday.
So I'm out and about and I see a lowbie mage and I'm thinking "gank". So I dive down (me being a lvl 80 Prot paladin vs. a 71 Arcane Mage... should be no contest).
Well I get him low, but he gets away. I'm completely confused HOW he lived... since I can take down lvl 80's but a 72 you I could nearly 1 shot if I crit with my shield just got away....
I shrug it off and continue what I went there to do... dailies (Kalu'ak). Then a 80 Unholy DK, (who I looked up on armory had A LOT of spell penetration... which I didn't understand at all) we started fighting. Again someone I should be able to beat down. I survive for a while but things just arn't going my way! So I die and he camps my corpse so I went and got some cereal and watched some TV.
(I figure at this point.. Mage is this guys alt).
Again I find the mage... still didn't kill him. WTF! How the living hell is that <beep> living!
...
Then it hit me. I had been working on my unarmed skill earlier and had never bothered to re-equip my
axe

no sigilThis is the real fail! DKs obtain a sigil after one of the MANDATORY quests in the starting area, they can't skip it.

Not a huge one, but running with guildies my first time in AN and forget to reconfigure my action bar. Hit death coil instead of incinerate, and of course the mobs random direction was towards the next available mob group.

I did Gundrak with all my gear yellow on the damage meter. after the first boss my head, chest, and feet were red.....
I asked in chat
"Anyone got a spare chest piece?"
Fail
Oh, and try to get summoned back for a repair.. oh wait! I'm the only lock... sigh

Mega, just as a note, you could've summoned yourself. I did it once when my stuff broke in Karazhan...worked like a charm.
Thank god for creatable Summoning Stones.

I was in AB and died 4 times before i realized i has a fishing pole equipped.
another time would be when i was summoned to run brd while i had auto run on. You can imagine what happens next.

Reviving a relatively dead thread. I puzzled over my recount after only doing 2.2k DPS to Patchwerk-25 last night, trying to figure out how I'd done so poorly... until I realized my auto-attack hadn't activated somehow, which is not good for any cat druid. I'm still picking bits of my face from my palm.
That's kind of strange, as using cat abilities should've activated your auto-attack anyways.
