Which of these abilities is the most annoying for mobs to have?
Healing
Fearing
Mana burning
Stunning the tank
Summoning adds
Mind controlling
Crowd controlling
Resetting threat
Silencing
Attacking/charging random party members
When running Auchindoun dungeons you encounter mobs who do all of these.
Can you think of any more?

If you're a shadow priest, then spell interruptions are downright
horrible
. If you're a warlock or mage, you can simply pick a spell from your other school to cast from (especially a demonology warlock who can let their pet beat up the mob in the interim). But a shadow priest has to drop shadowform, scan around for a holy spell that doesn't suck (usually Smite) and just spam it and hope that you don't get interrupted again - at which point, you would need to go back
into
shadowform and then back to business.

The most annoying behaviour? I'll go with Wowgeek on that one, Daze does suck badly.
Anything else? No. The AI totally fails at utilizing it correctly, or at least to an extend where it would be remotely challenging for a good player. Now boss battles are a different story, but most of them are easy, repetitive and completely controlled anyway. WTB more randomness, pst. Encounters with a unique idea are good, too.

Summoning Adds by far.
GO AWAY ALREADY

It sucks when you're running a dungeon like Mana Tombs, and you have to decide which ones to kill first and which ones to allow to use their spells.
For me it's definitely fear.

Summoning infernals randomly. I'm looking at you, Prince Malchezaar.
Having played both a healer and a tank, the close second is gouge. I HATE DISORIENTATE. Thank god when they changed fear so that highest threat isn't ignored, though some fears still break on damage, so you get ignored anyway.
Close third is random threat wipes. Only when it's random, though. Things like Zul'jin are easy to deal with, and really they are necessary (no tank can keep up with damage dealt during eagle, for instance), but things like the charge the ogres use in Gruul's Lair... No matter how often you say it,
someone
isn't going to stand in their deadzone, and they will get charged, and your top 3 DPS (probably more, given cleaves) will die before you can get it back.
