Kel'Thuzad (10) already drops item level 213 items. I had the same problems as you and made two different selections for my lists: One with "item level = 200" (blues and epics) and one with "drops in Naxxramas normal" (which includes the items by Kel'Thuzad). So I support your feature request. :)
