i challenge you. my green deck will win

I won two games in a row last night against my wife.
She used a red/black vampire deck, and I used a white/green angel and griffin deck. I pacified her tough one, put down Aegis Angel, Tree of Redemption, some griffins, and two spirit mantles. There was no way she was getting through my defenses, especially when her vampires power up by damaging me directly. At the end of the game, Aegis Angel was 7/9, flying, protection from creatures, lifelink, and made my next biggest creature indestructible.
Oh, here's a question:
If I have a creature that is 3/2 with lifelink, and it is blocked by a creature that is 2/2, do I get healed for 2 or 3?

Actually, there is no reason we can't play magic here in this thread, as long as people have integrity.

If I can use a deck I don't actually own, since I don't own any cards =P I can use the simulator from tappedout to simulate the deck.

Sure. I'm going to roll with a 20 sided die to determine who picks who goes first. I rolled a 4.

. Pass priority/turn.
(For sanity's sake, I'm bunching up several actions of my turn or else 90% of this thread will be us passing. If you want to interrupt part of any of my turn where you would normally have priority, just say so and I can just backtrack to that)

which triggers my Champion's ability and gives my Champion a +1/+1 counter. Pass turn.

I missed this question. You gain 3 life. Technically the creature you hit went down to -1 toughness (which doesn't really exist). You always get the full effect of lifelink.

There is an online version that is exactly like regular mtg (costs and everything), but I don't play it. MyTie and I are just playing it over the forum :D

What sets are your cards from? It would be cool if I could build and old deck to play against yours. I've tried building older decks.

MTGO is pretty solid, but it has some quirks and you have to buy cards. I think I mentioned it before, but the cards are much cheaper usually, especially if you buy singles instead of buying the packs from Blizzard.
