xp from 68-69 in Northrend is very tight. If you have enough try and get
Fang of Desolate Soul
from the Last Rites quest. Do this first. Everything else can be bought from the ah. There are probably some pieces from outlands which are better (they will prob have 2-3 sockets, and gem with blue northrend gems). With ah greens or northrend quest greens you will be about on par with season 3 stats (minus the resilience).
