Doesn't matter; this is a silly thread.
Both your healer and tank need to know what they're doing. The only time you can get away with having a bad one of either is when you're all overpowered for the instance or the healer is a master.
Bad healing; tank dies, wipe - Bad tanking, healer dies, wipe.
Bad DPS but good tanking and healing - hey, we might make it through this, but we aren't taking these chumps anymore!

Bad tank imo. Sure a good healer can heal an undergeared one, but if you have a tank that has issues holding aggro then the healer will be overwhelmed more often than not. Thats why when I pug I tank. Even if I have a bad healer we usually make it through do to smart use of cooldowns and occasionally(!) a good dpser. By that I mean a useful dpser, OMG LOOK AT THAT CRIT dpser.

Sort of depends if you have a DPS that can take over one of the rolls for a little while. If you have a bunch of clothies and a tank, if the tank is bad you're screwed. But if one of your clothies is a well geared shadow priest and somehow your healer dies or goes OOM they can drop shadow and do a sort of half-job at healing for 45 seconds or so. But if you have a bunch of ret paladins and death knights and your tank dies, someone else can take over for a short period of time, which may be all you need.
It sort of depends on the party, in other words.
