[Race, Horde] Splinterscale Naga
Return to board index

As the Well of Eternity imploded around them, Queen Azshara struck a deal with the evil Old Gods, transforming her loyal Highborne and herself into the vile Naga. Seconds later, the Well ripped a hole in reality and pulled Azshara and her followers through it. The portal brought them to a new world, and Azshara and her minions immediately began the work of conquering the new world - which they dubbed Nazja'tar, the same name which they would later give to their new capital - and enslaving the native creatures.
Years past, and Azshara's unwavering loyalty to the Old Gods was rewarded with immortality and vast amounts of power - tidbits of which she bestowed upon her loyal servants. Yet, not all of her Naga were so loyal to her, and one Anord Airbender - a young but powerful Battle-Mage - led a rebellion against her. Although Azshara was vastly more powerful, Anord succeded in one thing: Breaking through her defense at the portal that had brought them to Nazja'tar. The rebellious Naga - calling themselves the Splinterscale - set up a capital - Splinterscale Cove - on the island chain that once held the great tomb of Sargeras. Once they had successfully completed their capital, the Splinterscale began to seek allies who would aid them against Azshara and her Naga. Knowing that their Night Elf kin would never accept them, they turned to their next closest relatives - the Blood Elves.
The Blood Elves and Forsaken - who also felt a sense of kin-ship to the Naga through their Queen - pleaded with Thrall to allow them to join the Horde. Although the Warchief was unmoving in his decision not to let them join, he was touched by their wish to end what they saw as a curse that Azshara had put upon them – their new form. At this, he welcomed them into the Horde. Now with new allies, Anord and his followers plan to end their curse, and take revenge on Azshara.

trolls are the evolved form of NE (not devolved imo) so they would be the Naga closest reletive
Nope your wrong, acctualy Night Elves are evolved forms of Trolls. Then High Elves came from Night Elves and Blood Elves came from High Elves.
so trolls to NE to highelves to blood elves? they are all related? dang they should create an alliance(not human dranei and stuff)
Elves: 4 races
Alliance: 4
Horde: 3
Wait, what about gnolls and stuff? they sound like trolls in a way.

Horde/Alliance race is so old. C'mon, think of neutral/3rd faction race? Goblins, burning legion (playing for demons? hell yes!) what else?

Helves didn't make Naga, Nelves did.

Naga would be a 3rd faction, they aren't allied with anyone but themselves. They are the ones who forced us to deal with Murlocs by pressing them away from the ocean and to the surface.
Goblins are traders and mercs, so they could "commission" their services to a faction temporarialy. Burning Legion could be a playable race, but that would be hard to incorporate.
