I'm now a junior in High School and I guess it's time for me to start looking at schools. MSU came to my school yesterday and their band played for us. They were pretty cool, but they didn't have any male flutists. :(
But anyways, what do you guys think are some good colleges. I need ideas, because I'm totally lost as it is.
/sigh

Meh . . . California is a long way away. I live in North Alabama. It'd probably be really expensive.

Perhaps you could give us a hint at what you are planning on (or thinking about) majoring in? Some schools are good for certain majors but absolutely horrible for others.

Btw a good one is South Harmon Institute of Technology!
Maybe, but if it's big on Technology, it's probably not for me. I'm not very good at the Math and Sciences department. Well, some sciences are fine, but most are just whatever.

I'm not 100% sure right now, but probably majoring in some form of Liberal Arts or Creative Writing with a minor in Teaching? Not really sure . .
Does your school have a sort of a Naviance thing like my school does that compares your GPA/PSAT/SAT/ACT to the average of students who got accepted/denied to their universities?
Hmmm . . . I'm not sure, but probably.
And I plan on not leaving you guys when I go to college, but who knows.
By the way, do you guys know anything about NYU, Spring Hill College (They're probably not for me, they're Jesuits), and Mercer University? Because I've received stuff from them in the mail.

Ooooh, come to NYU! I'll uh, visit you!
I've got relatives that live right outside of NYC, but that's about the only plus thing about NYU right now. But hey, give me some good reasons and I might change my mind. Anyways, do you live in NYC? Is that why you said that?

I've got an apartment across the Hudson river from NYC, and I have a house in Queens, and I go to
school
in the Bronx. I guess you could say I live in NYC.
I was in NYC last summer! Maybe I saw you there!
Anyways, of the four colleges talked about here (not including South Harmon Institute of Technology) Mercer or MSU seems the best for me so far . . .
