Not to offend, but I'd imagine they aren't too happy with you at the moment. Like you said on the Q&A thread, you have received warnings multiple times; they had to have been for something...basically, it's like a teacher tending to scold a troublemaking student more.

It's mainly Laihendi calling them out for not living up to the standard they set for everyone else, and then them getting mad about it.
