Apparently it's to in honor of Billy Mays use his way of communcating, or "projecting". So, July 20th will be a day of Caps Lock Usage.

Now, can anyone help me, I downloaded an IRC client, and everytime i try to join wowheads channel, there's no one else there. Am I typing the wrong thing? or does no one use it anymore? :L

Lol so I'm talking to the dude from my screenshots the other day, on an alt. Either he doesn't seem to notice I say in my bio (What you see when you inspect a character) or he doesn't really care. This time, however, he's not calling me names or anything, just having a normal conversation. Probably because he knows I can kill him on this toon, lol. (Although he can still kill me, I'm the perfect description of a glass cannon.)
