What happened to the days when a warm hot-chocolate and a hug would be enough?
To help sleep.
I've never had stuff like that help. Drugs don't do it either, except for major painkillers, but I don't abuse those, so yeah.
So I just listen to metal until I pass out.

Yeah, I know. There are a number of psych things you can do to help that though. Routines are really important, and generally having a good sleeping environment helps too, of course. Hence the hot chocolate.
Snuggies are a good substitute for hugs. Maybe not Skreeran's hugs.
