I can't tell if my complaint about wowhead's feedback tool on page 4801 got ignored or just missed. My complaint was ignored, then my complaint about the ignoring of my complaint was also ignored. Maybe I should get the hint and move on.

Generally, 'gay' has a militant group of angry followers that will nail a grenade to your face if you so much as think that there is anything wrong with wearing a hot pink speedo down main street while humping another man wearing nothing but leather and chains... or if you happen to use the word that describes them in a pejorative manner toward something unrelated. On the other hand, society doesn't mind 'retarded' used in a pejorative manner. I really wouldn't care, except for the double standard. It is socially 'ok' to use one word as an insult, but not the other?

I did not imply in any way whatsoever that the use of "retarded" was okay.
I was simply pointing out there are other words that can fit into the category you placed said word in.
