...ok, why was your mom betting money on your swimming matches, then? It seems very after-school-special.

There's some sort of group of parents and masters-swimmers that do that in my team. Don't know the specifics, but that's what

They are probably gambling about the positions of their children every single... match? Do you call it a swimming match?

Sorry, OZ. That just seems...exploitative. Especially if your mother is willing to put winning a few extra bucks over supporting you as your parent.

Uhm, I'm confused, can anyone help? I bought an EQ account but got caught up with RuneScape and didn't log in for a while (client was on my PC). I left my PC at university when I came home for the Christmas break and downloaded a client on my laptop. I don't remember if my time has expired, but when I log in (I can't even remember if my account details are correct) the characters I had levelled up a bit aren't there, I can't access the "premium" characters and it tells me I should upgrade to gold (I think I bought all the expansion packs).
Is the problem due to my subscription expiring or due to entering the wrong account details? I may have made another free account accidentally.

Is it EQ, or EQ2?

EQ2... I'm trapped in a loop of "please update your password", "your new password is the same as your old password" and "your account name and password do not match" now.
Oh and by bought an account I mean the game online :>

Seeing as the money goes back into funding training camps, I don't think it matters.

Argh.
I hit the maximum number of times one may reset a password in a day and was still not logged in for whatever reason. Clicked login and got hit with a "all users must reset their passwords" splash.
Edit: Oh, managed to log into the account that I purchased the expansion for and it appears I lack membership. Time to go find a credit card...

Ok- EQ2 recently went free to play across the board, although there are a lot of restrictions on how many toons, what races you can play, etc. with a free account. When they did that, those of us who were paying a sub had to re-enter our payment info and say that we'd like to be upgraded to a gold membership if we wanted to keep paying the subscription fee, and have access to all of the "premium" features like the full 8 or so character slots, no limits on gold or gear, all the races, etc. It should just be a matter of upgrading to gold to get everything working the way it was before. You should then have access to everything you paid for with the expansions.
However, when those of us who already had accounts had to make the switch, it didn't keep us from seeing our characters that we had made over and above the limit- it just wouldn't let us play them until we re-subbed. If you don't even see your characters, it could be that you somehow made another account, like you said.
In any case, if the loop you're getting stuck in won't let you enter a password because it says it's your existing password, maybe try something completely different to just get past that step, and try to log in with the new one.
EDIT: Glad it worked out for you. FYI- Antonia Bayle is a great server if you're looking for one.

What weapon combo did you use the most?
Since one of them you don't get until fairly late in the game...
Pike and Breaker's Bow I swear by that second one.
I used a Scrap Musket and the Breaker's Bow. I was so pro at the bow that I regretted I am not recording >_> and the Musket cleared everything that came close.

I've not been on for like a week, but still. :P The initial problem was solved, and then apparently the email address changed (which I don't remember doing :S). It seems to have let me log in now though, which is always a good start.

@Internetswag- I hope you got that dog's owner's contact info. You'll need to know that their vaccinations are up to date. Otherwise, most doctors will recommend that you get treated for rabies, which I have heard is a painful process. Also, you'll want to report it to animal control, so that they can cite the owner for letting the dog off the leash and take appropriate action if that animal has had a history of violence. And, you should have a record if you need to take her to small claims court to get back your medical and vet costs, or if she tries to sue you for her vet costs. The last thing you want is to end up in small claims court with no evidence that it was her dog who attacked first.

How many people do you think read that, and never do the math? lol

Most people probably never catch on. I think it is (at least slightly) referring to number of wears.

I think that if you wear them every other day, for two years, then you wore them exactly as much as if you'd worn them every day for a year, but their "life" has technically been doubled. It's marketing designed for people who don't read too much into it.
