So people.. Question: How do black and white compare to something like Diamond and Pearl or whatever? I still want to get it as I forgot to preorder it.
B/W is far superior in comparison to D/P, like, everything is just
better
.
That's the bottom line, really.
B/W are far truer to R/B than anything than maybe S/G. You actually have to use
leer
in the beginning. Its not too hard to fill up you regional pokedex, but bloody impossible to top off the global 'dex.
I've still yet to beat the elite four the second time, (I'm not counting soling it with my level 100 glaceon.)

Having picked up White recently off of Amazon, I can say:
This generation's reusable TMs is the second greatest thing in pokemon ever, after the last generation's shift from types being physical or special to moves being physical or special.

Well, I'd like to think that N dies, which leaves me a bit more satisfied with the main story ending.
Still, this was probably the most fleshed out story out of all the pokemon games.

I was waiting for the makeout scene when he was like "Hey, I'd like to talk to you about something" to my female character...
But yeah, I have to agree that I really loved how indepth they went with the story in this one. I just kind of wished we got a more definite ending instead of all the sages running off and N giving some schpeal about following your dreams.

But on another note, Dragonair is my fave pokemon! (Dragonite just looks wierd O.o)
Maybe, but Dragonite's Dream World ability is so good it hurts, as long as you have some good rapid spin support for him.

Snorunts are &*!@ing great, lol. They're so cuddly.
Gotta say my favorite Pokemon is definitely Gyrados. Lugia, Slowking and Wobbuffet kinda make up a big tie for second.

I just remember my Pokemon Silver "dream team" that was the envy of my 4th grade class =P Feraligatr, Gyarados, Lugia, Scizor, Tyrannitar and Slowking. It was awesome.

Also you mean six, and I've only found 5. I have been too busy grinding my dudes to face off against Cynthia and Alder and the like.
Haven't played in like a week though.
