Wow... what a mess.... where to begin.
This looks like an attempt to show some crude form of communism as the answer to all the world's problems, with a bunch of picture perfect art depicting infeasible and mis engineered buildings.
When I first saw it, I though... Wow, this looks good... I wonder how they propose to afford it... Then I read farther, and it pretty much says that we won't need to afford it if there were no such thing as money.
A 'resource based' economy will never work. Allow me to explain why. Let's imagine for a moment that I am a tulip farmer. Once a year I get this huge tulip crop in. I am going to have to move all of these tulips into the economy, and fast, before they flower and wilt.
Ok... I'll trade them for what I need, food comes to mind, but also other odds and ends, toilet paper, toothpaste, etc. I'll have to get enough resources for the entire year, and it will take a long time to track down someone who just so happen to slaughter all the meat that I will need for the year at the same time that my tulips came into flower. It will be a good idea to get enough food for 2 years, just in case next year has a bad season.
Oh wait, meat rots. Also, to keep it frozen, I will need to pay the electric company, and they don't have a dire need for tulips at the moment. I know... I'll trade tulips for gasoline and trade that to the electric company for 2 years of electricity. The gasoline company doesn't want tulips, but they do need 55 gallon drums. I'll contact all the of the manufacturing companies for barrels and trade tulips for thier gardening needs...
This is turning into a second job.
ok... Next problem, is medicine. I have a medicine that I will need for the next 2 years at least, but it goes bad after a month. I need something I can trade every month to get new medicine. Something portable and easily stored. I know, I can trade some tulips for diamonds, and bury them in the back yard. Those are rare, and jewlers use them for their rings. Another rare substance is gold. I can trade tulips for gold and use a little of it at a time. It comes in powder, so I can trade it at lesser values at certain times than I can diamonds.
Whew... this works... oh... one problem. Everyone has this cache of diamonds and gold laying around. Farmer McDouglas down the block has a big safe. I bet everyone in the community can store it there, and can take it out only when we need to trade it.
But, it would be even safer if we just traded it on paper, left the gold in the safe (its all in there anyway). He can even issue us paper certificates, to remind us how much we have. If anyone hasn't caught on yet... we are right back to a monetary system, which is needed.
Don't try to sell communism under pretty pictures, or anarchy either. It won't work.

I don't understand thier system then.... is everything just 'free'? If everything is free... when incentive do people have to work? If there is no incentive to work, who will make the things which are free?
I'm not automatically rejecting the system, I guess I just completely have no idea what they are trying to achieve and how.
