More alliance healers to BGs please!
And if someone gives orders, consider it and if it sounds good DO IT.
And the first player in a charging group, DO NOT turn back or the rest of the grp might be demoralized and back down too, especially if there's a horde grp coming towards you. Just go and you will be backed up. Rather be a martyr than make the rest of your group scatter.
your points are good......however most of the time 10+ players are not going to agree on if something is good or not.....i have found that whether you agree or not.....just do it therefore all are on the same page....lol
sounds bad but you will be amazed what can be accomplished by working as a team.....even if you dont agree with the mothod
and trust me....i very rarly agree with the idea......but jsut going with the flow seems to work if others do as well
I get your point. Alliance players have to be ordered... sometimes they are like sheep, following eachother (lots of zerging) so bases often are left unprotected. Or then the fight is being held too far from the flag and someone ninjas it.
It can be the same on the horde side too, but I have no experience of it because my orc warlock is only 61.

Ali suck because:
- they get most of the kids
The above statement is not true. Not only are the factions nigh equal in distribution of classes and ages but if you are to see any tendency at all it is that
the younger players chose to play Horde
. This is not my opinion - it's statistics based upon
facts
.
What does this tell us?
Facts:
Age ≠ Skill
Faction ≠ Age
Conclusion:
Faction ≠ Skill
Let's face it: Wherever Horde is in clear majority, Horde sucks and the opposite is of course true. There is no bad faction, there is only bad players.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure
Horde have their fair share of any and all of these types
. And I'm sure it's
different for different servers
. I can't say how the banter goes on the Horde side when these things happen, but it seems Ali want to spend the whole match whining about it when it does happen. At least, for my server, that is my experience and opinion.
I've emphasized a few of your arguments, and they are So True.
You lose BGs because of three major factors:
Lack of strategy and common agenda (i.e. HK farming)
Lack of numbers occasionally (let's face it, you won't win a 7:15 AB)
Surplus of whining instead of doing something about it. (If you don't like how the game is played, take charge)
Age, Gender, Race, Faction, Number of legs, Income, Color of house ← Irrelevant

I gave up on calling out strats a long time ago.
Now, I call out incoming and lightly defended targets. Other than that, I pown face and loot corpses.

in my experience as a DK tank. the tanks somehow end up with the most dmg quite often. I have maybe 3 epics, the rest are blues and at the end of an AB (which we lost of course) i had over 700,000 dmg and the next closest person had about 600,000. I dont know how but the alliance dps is seriously slackin if a not-too-greatly geared NE DK tank is beating the next closest dmg do-er (a pally i think) by over 100,000. The alliance chats have incs, attack so and so base, and everything else that a good AB chat log should have, yet if i take on a single pally (and only pally) i lose. It is usually a pretty intense match seeing as how he has his bubble and self-heals and as part blood i have my 20% every 30 sec heals and my sacrifice my pet for 50% of my health heals but the pally always wins. Besides that i can 1v1 any horde (non pally) and usually win, but it seems i am the only one. Just for the reference i play on emberstone, not the best pvpers but not horrible.

After having done a month or so of PvP since originally starting this thread, and reading peoples opinions, all of which are valued and appreciated (asides from the 'tards moaning "lock this post" - what the #$%^ is YOUR problem, if you don't like the subject, don't #$%^ing read it asshat), the simple conclusion is that in a Battleground, knowledge, communication, skill, and gear, are the four essential factors in deciding victory. Numbers is also in there, but I have seen 30 Allies lose against 17 Horde in AV, because they lack the other factors.
Remove even one of the these keystones from the mix, across a significant proportion of your "Team", and you drastically decrease your chance of victory.
Majority of players lacking knowledge = scattered forces, no direction, sloppy tactics.
Majority of players lacking communication skills = arguments, $%^&*ing, no support, misdirection of resources and manpower.
Majority of players lacking gear and / or skill = classes being "misused", low damage and heals, enemies steamrolling the sword fodder.
Both sides suffer this from time to time, I just noticed it more because I played Alliance. I'm sure others will notice it whatever side they play on. Feel free to carry on the debate to your hearts content, if people find the subject matter interesting, I really
don't
see the need for a lock.

This whole thread is just full of lies and crap, I find the games to be a fairly even win loose ratio
I'm on bloodlust so it may be my battle group
