sry i dont get it, maybe its my poor reading but what has HfB to do with expertise ?
I think he is reffering to the fact that a miss with envenom is not going to hurt our rotation nearly as much as it used to. We used to only have 1-2 seconds leway in our rotations and a miss with envenom could cause SnD and HfB to drop. Once you got experienced it was not nearly as devastating but it still was not fun.
OP: While a miss does not hurt as much as it used to you still do not want to miss at all(relatively). So being Expertise capped is still a very good idea although not as critical as it used to be.

I have 7 expertise and i did 4.2k dps on 10 man sarth last night. Definitely not important.
Edit: Oh, and without any heroism.
I was pushing 3K DPS on sarth in heroics gear... it doesn't mean much. Something about sarth just boosts your dps. Also an armory link would be cool to see. If of course you think you can actually push out that kind of dps instead of just saying you can.

the thing about expirtice....
If you were to realy look into it u would miss more then get dodged if your behind the boss. Then again there is no backlash on missing but losing a hit, while if u get dodge u lose some energy. I personly favor hit just because imma hit freak, have 540 hit atm, and 11/11 exp. also the gear you can find with EXP isnt as gear at other stats which is partly disapointing. But at my current stats it seams to be at a balance of dodge and misses.. but i guess going for one stat would help, and no just because i have such a high hit im not gimping my other stats, i just was able to make a set which hit comes applied.

and even not exp caped i can pull 6k+ dps in a 25man and a tad under 5k in a 10man :\
and that 10 man is only with a arms warrior's buff ; WHY DO YOU HAVE THAT MUCH HIT?
And can you possibly link some parses? Because I don't really believe you.

You seem to fail to understand What expertise is.
If you are behind the boss, with 26/26 expertise, you get NO misses or dodges. Ever.
Ther eis nothig nto look into. I've got WWS parses where i've gone an entire evening of 4-5 horus of raiding without a single Miss or Dodge or Parry.
Expertise is important for Mutilate. Very Important.
And you are not going to hit 6k on patcherk with that kind of setup. As they say: Proof or stfu :)
And i know this goin off topic a bit but your also lacking badly in crit :/ seriously get rid of the hit and pick up more useful stats

The Armory isn't correctly applying talents to stats. He's got 35% crit in that gear.
lol 540 hit...
Actually 33 but still close enough with the poison and shredding attack talents giving a lot more to mut. Still should be gemming more for agility than hit/AP
