I also get this bug, I think it's through SCT, as an ele shaman and yes it only appears when I acquire a bleed affect on me.

Ok I am elemental and i've noticed two things about "Maelstrom Ready" When i get attacked and the attack applies a bleed effect it appears but i also think that it could be something to do with Elemental Mastery/Natures Swiftness becoming available

I use SCT and I get the Maelstrom message too. Not sure if there's something I can turn off in SCT or what it's even in reference to.
At first I thought I had some ability I hadn't looked at so I was a bit puzzled. Now I just ignore it, but if there's a way to remove the message that'd be great.
