I was just wondering which taloring spec is best for mages? The Moonshroud items, the Spellweave items or the Ebonweave ones.
In short, what is better for a mage out of the
Ebonweave Robe

)
the
Moonshroud Robe
- (

)
or the
Spellweave Robe
- (

)
Thanks for this. And I would just be using it for running 5-mans mostly and maybe sometimes puging Naxx sometimes. And then just PvP in battlegrounds quite a lot and maybe some Arena but not really that important or high rated.
Thanks for this, my gear at the moment is mostly greens so as soon as I know what one of these is better I can start on making the set.
Thanks again for your help.

Ebonweave is a great path to take simply because, as Mathron said, it's good to sell later down the road, which is certainly a drawing point.
For each of the specialty cloth types, the greatest ROI (Return on Investment) is usually Ebonweave because it's used for so many items (High Demand), has cheap materials (Eternal Shadow is among the cheapest of the eternals), and most importantly, sells for a great price. Your profit margins are highest with this cloth.
Personally, I have two tailors (Priest = Moonshroud and Mage = Ebonweave) so I just make a new
22 slot bag
every 8 days and make my gold that way. :-)

Okay, thanks for all the advice. It looks like I'm going to roll with Ebonweave.
